TPC, through the NO.17 Foundation, has signed a Letter of Intent with Temasek Foundation to establish a more structured, long-term collaboration across climate, health, and education.
Building on prior joint initiatives, the two organisations will move beyond ad hoc efforts to co-design and implement programmes that drive systemic and regional transformation. This includes exploring co-investment, joint scaling, and policy engagement, alongside contributing to shared learning platforms under the Impact Partners Coalition. As founding signatories of the Coalition, TPC and Temasek Foundation share a commitment to advancing integrated solutions across systems, conditions, place, and culture — with a focus on building resilient communities and enabling transformative education.
Together, the two organisations aim to develop actionable portfolios and pilot initiatives that demonstrate how cross-sector collaboration can accelerate progress toward a well-being economy.
