TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and the NO.17 Foundation are working in partnership with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) to advance systems-level solutions that align economic development with human well-being and planetary health.
Through this collaboration, NO.17 supports the SDSN’s Greater Bay Area–ASEAN Initiative (GAI) — an action-oriented programme strengthening trade, finance, technology, and policy linkages between China’s Greater Bay Area and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, in service of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to long-term, values-based leadership and evidence-driven action — grounded in systems thinking and practical delivery. Our Founder, Chavalit Frederick Tsao, serves on the SDSN Board of Directors, reinforcing the alignment between TPC’s stewardship-led approach and SDSN’s mission to mobilise science, policy, and networks for sustainable development. In March 2026, he also joined the GAI Leadership Council.
